Maison Bertaux, a French cafe, was opened in 1871 as her family business. She sometimes helped this cafe when she was a teenager. She was an actress in a famous theatre until taking over this cafe. After then, she and her sister work as co-owner. My favourites are excellent coffee and brilliant flower with her hospitality.
